The overarching goals of the Master of Arts in Conscious Evolution are:

• gain competency with emerging theories of evolution in order to gain the skills needed to facilitate change, personally and within collectives;
   
• explore the relationship between individual consciousness development and cultural change;
   
• create a deeper appreciation for the diversity of human cultures and the dilemmas that they face;
   
• develop a capacity to make sense out of and intervene in situations that arise from the chaos and conflict of a pluralistic and globalizing world; and,
   
• establish catalysts for the evolution of consciousness, including experiences that lead to alternative ways of knowing and transformational learning.
