| | Academic Director Michael Ben-Eli, Ph.D. Dr. Ben-Eli is an international consultant on management and organization. His work has focused on strategy development, organizational design, sustainability, and change management. Dr. Ben-Eli pioneered applications of Systems Thinking and Cybernetics in management and organization. Over the years he worked on synthesizing strategy issues in many parts of the world and in diverse institutional settings. In recent years, he has been working primarily on issues related to sustainability and sustainable development. He is the founder of Sustainability Initiatives, a network of activities established to facilitate transition to sustainability practices in both the public and private sectors. | |
| | Program Coordinator Lisa Worth Huber, M.A., Ph.D. Candidate Visit Lisa's Website Lisa Worth Huber is a passionate advocate for peace and social justice. In her work at universities, elementary schools, hospitals, and homeless shelters, and with youth at risk and recent immigrants, she incorporates the arts as a path to empowerment. She uses a range of methods—from theater, storytelling, poetry, and personal narrative to comic books and graphic novels—to nurture compassion as a means to transform conflict. Trained in many forms of dialogue and mediation, she brings these community-enhancing skills to all aspects of her work. Now completing her doctorate in Peace Studies, Lisa has spent the past five years researching narrative methods that develop empathy, shift worldviews, and foster understanding. | |
