Awakening Inner Wisdom

An Introduction to Inner Work*

A two-hour online Zoom workshop

August 29, 2019 Thursday 7 PM to 9 PM

What is Inner Work?

Inner work refers to processes that enable a person to be more present, more alive, and more at peace.  These inner work processes incorporate self-reflection in a way that transforms consciousness such that we reduce our reactivity and unconscious behavior.

Through experiential exercises, we can begin the process of discharging the hurts, regrets and fears that keep us locked up.

What Topics Will be Explored?

  • Why Meditation and Mindfulness are important but not enough

  • Removing blocks that keep one boxed up

  • How to Contact your inner winner to help navigate in the world and express your authentic self

  • Clearing space to make space for expansive consciousness

This program also serves as an introduction to:

*based on Yerusha's Sage-ing ® Legacy Program as developed by Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi's pioneering work in practical transpersonal psychology.
