Opening to Grace Retreat

Gestalt Pastoral Care

What is an Opening to Grace Retreat?

An opening to grace retreat is a time to let go, let down, rest, and explore where you are in your life: physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Drawing on the resources and wisdom of the inclusive, grace filled

·        Christian Healing traditions

·        Wisdom of Gestalt therapy

·        Meditation practices

·        Sharing times of silence

·        Guided meditation, as well as

·        Playful group times

Each participant will have individual time to work, which means a time to receive the group’s attention and care as Sara coaches the ‘worker’ to explore with awareness and support, whatever is arising for them to explore/heal/work on.

As a participant, you are in charge of how much you choose to share or request from the group.  Part of Sara’s role is to ensure that you do and share and only what you wish to, with no pressure from her or anyone else present in the group.

We will meet each day from 9:30-5.  Musical instruments are very welcome, and you should plan to bring a lunch with you.
